The damage is extensive and the need is great. Certainly we have all witnessed the devastation to both the people and infrastructure of this nation. There is still an immediate need for basic necessities. Many have inquired as to how the Notre Dame Club of Pittsburgh can help. We are pleased to partner with two local charities whose reach will directly touch those victims on the ground in Haiti with both their established infrastructure and long standing reputation for quality work in the region. It gives a few sentences about the ND-Pitt club and how we supported her experience. Thank you Anne for your service.The Notre Dame Club of Pittsburgh is an active, growing club dedicated to providing Notre Dame Alumni and friends in the Pittsburgh area with a wide variety of social, networking, and social concerns opportunities. The Club also helps to provide student buses for Notre Dame students traveling to and from the Pittsburgh area and campus during the five semester breaks. Most importantly, the club members stay active in social concerns events including an urban plunge experience and a summer service project for current Notre Dame students. |
